NON-EXCLUSIVE

If you are interested to increase your property’s exposure to potential tenants or buyers, but hesitate to hire an exclusive broker for one reason or another, then you can still list your property on our websites and participate in our direct marketing campaigns! Just give us a phone call, and our listing specialist will visit your property, create professional floor plans, take pictures and videos, prepare marketing materials, and promote the listing. We market our non-exclusive listings directly to our customers, but never to the brokerage community: so even listing brokers can and are welcome to promote their properties with us!
